1. Our Commitment
We want you to be completely satisfied with your generated eulogy or tribute. We understand you may be going through a difficult time. If you are not satisfied with the output, we are committed to making it right in accordance with the terms set out below.
2. Refund Eligibility
Full Refund — Within 14 Days.
If you are not satisfied with the generated eulogy or tribute for any reason, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of purchase, no questions asked.
After 14 Days.
Due to the digital nature of the Service and the immediate delivery of the generated content, refund requests submitted more than fourteen (14) calendar days after the purchase date will not be accepted. We encourage you to review your eulogy or tribute promptly upon receipt and to contact us before the window closes if you have any concerns.
Paddle Merchant of Record.
All payment transactions and billing are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. The final processing of all refunds is handled by Paddle and is subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at tribute@tributewords.com with the subject line “Refund Request.” Your email must include:
- The email address used at checkout; and
- The order number provided by Paddle in your purchase confirmation email.
We will review your request and respond within three (3) business days. If your request is approved, we will initiate the refund through Paddle's platform.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing typically takes 5 to 10 business days after the refund is initiated, depending on your bank and Paddle's processing schedule. TributeWords has no control over the timing of your bank's processing.
